Curry-Flavored Fried Green Tomatoes with Horseradish-Herb Dip

Fried green tomatoes are a true southern classic. It's the sort of dish that doesn't warrant much tweaking. But, even with that in mind, I'm always game to find a way to infuse new and interesting flavors into my recipes.

CURRY-FLAVORED FRIED GREEN TOMATOES

Yellow curry powder adds a delicious warmth to this dish. The horseradish dip has a powerful kick that's mellowed out by the sweetness of sugar, creaminess of mayonnaise, and herbaceous freshness.
