Patchwork Quilt Bingo

This is a great craft to encourage a reluctact reader.

1. Purchase blank bingo cards at a teacher store or print online.

2. Cut decorative paper into squares to use as chips. Kids will enjoy creating a new pattern with each game.

Boredom Prevention Tip: When the board is nearly full, ask your child to study it carefully, then close her eyes, pick from the pile of paper chips and use probability to try to predict which decorative piece she selected.

There are a many ways to adjust this game to best suit your child.

What did you do to make Bingo especially fun? Share your ideas, I'd love to hear how Patchwork Bingo works for you.
