My daughter chose this quote today. It's on a t-shirt she got from the Rosa Parks Museum in Montgomery, Alabama. But it's so much more than a t-shirt slogan.
Rosa Parks' words remind me that we have so little to complain about, such blessed and easy lives, compared to hers. And it's our duty to open the door of opportunity a little bit wider for generations to come, as she did for all Americans.
